Day 18

Hello!

Soooo sorry I haven't blogged in a while!! I've been kinda preoccupied... I have good news!! I have decided to buy a personalized The Earth Diet programme with Sarah Mae as my mentor!! I'm super excited, because I feel like I really need some help on this; I don't know anyone who does anything like this! It will be great to have the help and support...

Today I have decided to be my own guinee pig. I'm going to go off the diet, and see what happens. See if what I am doing is actually working, or if I'm doing something wrong. I'm a bit nervous, because I might get sick, I already have a headache, but we'll see what happens. I will do no excercise and eat lots of chips and sweets.

Haha I just realized something that's ironic. One of my friends JoJo is staying at my house for the weekend and today we are going to do a beauty day: facials (bentonite clay!!!), makeovers, hair, nails, etc.. So while we are helping our bodies on the outside, I will be hurting mine on the inside!!

Well, it's just for a day, so hopefully I won't hurt myself too much...

I've fallen a bit today, had some vege meat ); so I won't go into my meals, haha I'm embarrassed a bit... But I WILL get back on track!! Please continue to keep me in your prayers!!

Day 9

I'm soo sorry I missed two days!!! Ive been busy!! I fell a couple times, regrettably, but I am still going strong! Yesterday I ate a few potato chips and afterwards I felt so awful!! And today I ate a subway with mayo and mustard and provolone, and I feel gross and have a headache.

The weirdest thing happened to me two days ago. I was walking along when suddenly I felt this tearing or ripping sensation in my shin and knee. It hurt HORRIBLY!!!! I stayed for the rest of the day, but when I took a bath it got better, and now I don't feel it at all xD

Breakfast: ohh boy, I had a lot to eat for breakfast!! I had toast with natural peanut butter and sliced apples, grapefruit, pecans, apples, and strawberries.

Lunch: For lunch I had a subway sandwich. I'm not sure what was in it, because my mum ordered it for me, but I know there was oil, mayo, mustard, and provolone...

Snacks: all natural fudge my sis made for me!! Peanut butter, cocoa, and honey xP really really good!!!

Supper: I am about to have a bowl of vege beef stew my mum made me... I'm being spoiled today!! Everyone's making me great meals! I checked what she put in it, the soy curls have nothing but SOY, and there's nothing else but beans, water, tomatoes, and some healthy seasonings...

Ohh I said I would post about the bentonite clay treatment!! Well I took a video or myself putting it on with my old phone, but I couldn't figure out how to get it onto this phone because the file is too large. So I will continue working on that...

Did I like it?? It was AMAZING!! My face feels sooooooo smooth and tight!! For those with large pores, this stuff will help extraordinarily! My face felt aol clean and toxin free as well.. I think I'm going to also do the feet wrap next time...

Day 7

Well, I had a good, healthful day (:.. I did a bentonite clay facial, went to a health food store and talked to a specialist, had my eyebrows threaded, and bought some Victoria Secret panties!!! Yay! xP...

Breakfast: hmm im not remembering that well.. I think I had strawberries, pecans, grapefruit, and oatmeal.

Lunch: chipotle!! Rice and black beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream (which I shouldn't have had...but everything else was healthy and tasty.)

Snacks: all natural fudge.. AMAZING!!!!! The brand is Earth's Sweet Pleasures, and it tastes just like real fudge!! Im psyched!!

Dinner: whole wheat bread toasted in a toaster oven with coconut oil and all natural cashew cheese that's excellent. I'll try to post the brand later (I got all this stuff at that health store)

I'll try to do a post tomorrow on bentonite clay facials, but Im exhausted, so Im heading to bed. Have a good sleep and I'll talk to you tomorrow!! Muahh<3

Day 5

Hullo dears!!

So sorry i haven't written anything!! I've been awfully sick, and honestly just too lazy to post anything!! :\

Well, I won't post schedules of what I've eaten, but I'll just say all I've eaten these 3 days have been all natural bean soup and a sandwhich with natural peanut butter and agave. Yay. Not really. The soup was great, I mean I guess it all was, but when I'm sick, nothing tastes good....

Ohh I lied. Today for lunch I had the stuff, lentils over rice with lettuce and tomato? I think I told you about that meal "day two"..

I have also not had any sexycise. DARN.

Ohh I almost forgot. The lovely Ellie asked me an interesting question. She asked if I went on this diet solely to gain weight. No. I didn't. I do wish to gain weight, but I went on this diet to be healthy. To feel better all around.

You see, I think there's something I haven't explained. As you know, I'm anorexic of sorts. I am 5' 5'' and only weigh 100lb. I should weigh 125lb. I'm 25 pounds underweight, and that's A LOT. So much that I have lost my period, get nausea and headaches every day (and other symptoms), pass out every time I stand up, my limbs turn blue from lack of circulation, and you can FREAKING SEE MY RIBS. Yahh!!! It's horrible...

I just can't seem to gain weight, no matter how much I eat. So I figured if I decide to eat healthy food, maybe it would bring me to my optimum weight, or in other words, I'd gain weight. Also, I just want to be healthy!! I'm tired of feeling awful all the time!! And not just my symptoms from being severely underweight. I'm tired of feeling sluggish and lazy and heavy (not in a literal sense, but I think you know what I mean)...

So I hope that cleared up any problems... Please pray I get back on my feet by tomorrow!!! It's been 3 1/2 days and I'm getting sick (pardon the pun) of being sick...

Day 2

Thoughts: Today was a bit harder than yesterday. I had many cravings for potato chips and chocolate, and almost gave up on The Earth Diet altogether, but my stubbornness won out (: I learned a lot about myself today. I learned that I can be quite week if I don't care about something, but strong if I use my stubbornness as a tool (:

Breakfast: oatmeal with organic, natural rice milk and blackberries on top, strawberries, pineapple, pecans and walnuts

Lunch: cooked lentils (nothing added but cayene pepper, spike, and onion salt) over rice, with lettuce, tomatoes, and natural salsa.

Snacks: left over chocolate peanut butter balls

Supper: 100% whole wheat bread with all natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt) and agave.

Sexycise: none, unfortunately..

This evening I came down with a fever, so I drank a potion my sister made for me: lemon tea with squeezed lemon juice in it and crushed garlic. It was disgusting! But its good for you, and is a natural antibiotic. I then took a bath (my sister prepared it for me too) with eucalyptice (I spelled that wrong, I know... :/) and spearmint oil in it (they have healing properties and some sort of healing incense burning and I watched Anne of Green Gables: the Sequel and studied phonetics (I'm fascinated with speech, weird I know. I study it for fun!).. sooo relaxing and amazing (: I feel better now, but I still feel stiff and sore and achy, so I'm going to read a bit and then head to bed.

Day 1

Thoughts: I actually didn't struggle at all today!! I felt very optimistic and excited about this new lifestyle change!! So, I guess I don't have all that much to say about that :P

Breakfast: strawberries, pineapple, walnuts, and whole oat oatmeal with organic rice milk (no additives)

Lunch: Homemade french fries (just sliced potatoes and baked them with celtic salt and seasonings) and salad with bean sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes, and vigin garlic olive oil and lemon juice as dressing..

Snacks: none

Dinner: 100% raw and healthy chocolate peanut butter balls

Sexycise: played with my boyz (dogs), I did agility with them (so it was a lot of running around)

I feel GUITLY after eating those chocolate balls!!! I keep having to remind myself they're healthy! This "diet" is sooo darn easy!! (:.. At least it is so far..
